Who we are
These terms are between you and LC Integrations, a business run by Chase Lord in Tigard, Oregon (PO Box 230893, Tigard, OR 97281). By using our websites or forms, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is for
The site explains the websites and automations we build and run for trades and auto repair shops. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Package prices shown as "from $X" are the lowest starting price for that package. What you'd pay depends on your setup and is written in a Service Order you sign.
Every paid project runs on a signed agreement and Service Order. That agreement covers price, timing, cancelling, guarantees and what happens to your data if you leave. If this page and your agreement ever say different things, your agreement wins.
Calculators and examples
The audit calculator multiplies the numbers you enter by the extra share of quotes you think follow-up could close (it starts at 5%, and you can change it) to show what that could be worth. The result is an estimate for planning. It isn't a promise of sales, jobs or profit, and your results depend on your market, your prices and how you run your business.
The phone conversations and timelines on our pages are examples of how a workflow runs. They aren't real customer conversations.
Using our forms
- Give your own real name and contact info.
- Only enter a phone number that's yours, or one you're allowed to use for the business. Never enter someone else's number.
- Ticking the consent box is optional. You can still send the form and we'll reach you by hand.
- If you give up or change your number, tell us so we don't reach the new owner.
Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break into the site or our systems, overload it, send spam or junk through the forms, or copy large parts of it with automated tools. We may block anyone who does.
Text message terms
Program: LC Integrations audit and service texts, sent by LC Integrations.
- How you join: by ticking the consent box on our audit form, or by replying YES when we ask in writing. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
- What we send: texts about your audit request, setting up and confirming a call with Chase, follow-ups about our services, and replies to your messages.
- How often: message frequency varies. No more than 3 marketing texts in 24 hours, and only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your time.
- Cost: msg and data rates may apply under your phone plan. We never charge you for texts.
- To stop: reply STOP. QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT also work, and so does telling us any other way. We send one text to confirm, then no more texts from this program.

- Delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Where: US numbers only. We don't send marketing texts to Washington or California numbers.
- Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in to anyone for their marketing. See the privacy policy.
Call terms
- If you agree to calls, we may call you with an AI voice assistant and with automated systems. The assistant never claims to be a person. Ask and it tells you.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed. We say so at the start of every call.
- Our AI assistant calls only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your time, no more than 3 tries in total and no more than 2 a day.
- To stop calls, say "stop" (or "nine") on the call, reply STOP to a text, or tell us any other way. We add your number to our do-not-call list right away.
- What the assistant says about prices or terms is general info. Only a signed Service Order sets your price and terms.
Our content, your info
The words, designs, code and images on our site belong to LC Integrations or the people who licensed them to us. You can share links to our pages, but please don't copy the site or pass it off as your own.
Your business info stays yours. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.
Other companies' sites
We link to and use other companies, like Stripe for payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their sites.
No warranty and limits
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, LC Integrations isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from using the website itself, and our total liability for using the website is limited to $100. This section is about the free website only. Paid work is covered by your signed agreement. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
Oregon law
Oregon law governs these terms. Any dispute about the website goes to the state courts in Washington County, Oregon, or to small claims court where it qualifies. Before anyone files anything, we'd rather talk it out. Text or email Chase first.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't reach back to earlier dates, and they never change a signed agreement.
