Get paid everymonth, even theslow ones.
After a repair, your customer gets an offer to join your maintenance plan. They read the terms, tick a box and pay by card. Tune-ups get booked, and when a card fails the member gets a link to fix it.
Price: Quote. Priced from your numbers after the free audit. It comes inside Revenue Engine and Full Bays, or we add it to Quote Closer Desk.
Busy in July, broke in January.
Owners say it plainly in public forums. A plan smooths out the year, if someone keeps it running.
Feast or famine. Bills don't stop in winter.Owner post in a trades Facebook group
Plans silently drop off, 20 to 30% a year.Practitioner comment in a trades Facebook group
Winter: scraping by, duct cleaning, selling filters. It's tough.Owner post on Reddit, r/HVAC
The plan is on a flyer in the truck. Nobody remembers to offer it.
The offer goes out after every non-member job, so it never depends on who was on the call.Members sign up, then never get the tune-up they paid for.
Each member gets a booking link when their visit is due, and you see who still hasn't booked. The first three are paraphrased from public posts, with the place we found each one. The last two are our own description of how plans tend to stall. None of these are our clients.
From one repair to a member who stays.
Seven pieces. We set up each one and keep it running. You decide what the plan includes and what it costs.
The offer goes out after every job.
When a job for a non-member is marked done, the customer gets a thank-you and the plan offer. Marked done means your job software tells us, or you or your tech send one short text. It goes by text if they said yes to texts when they booked, and by email if they didn't. Members get a plain thank-you instead.
They see the terms before they pay.
The plan page is in your name. It lists what's included, the price, how it renews and how to cancel. The customer ticks a box agreeing to the renewal before the Join button works. Payment runs through a Stripe account in your name, so the money goes straight to you. A confirmation email repeats the terms and carries a cancel link.
Tune-ups get booked when they're due.
At the times you pick, say March for AC and September for furnaces, each member gets a link with your open slots. No booking after a week means one reminder. You get a short list of members who still haven't booked, so a tech or the office can call them.
A declined card gets a fix-it link.
When a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the next few days. The member gets a short "your card didn't go through, update it here" message. Cards about to expire get a heads-up the month before. If a card is still failing after the retries, you get an alert with the member's name and number.
Once a year, a plain notice.
On the plan's anniversary, each member gets an email with what they got that year, the price for the next year and the cancel link. Any price change gets its own notice before it takes effect. Cancelling is one click from any plan email. No phone call needed.
Lapsed members get asked back once.
About 60 days after a plan ends, the former member gets one email that says what they'd get and links back to the sign-up page. If they don't come back, that's the end of it. We don't keep chasing.
One page, once a month.
Your monthly report shows members, new sign-ups, cancels, cards fixed, plan payments collected and tune-ups booked against tune-ups due. It's the same report the rest of your setup uses, with a plan section added.
Sign up the way your customer would.
Tick the box to join. Then step through the member's year from the owner's side: a booked tune-up, a card that fails and gets fixed, the yearly notice. Cancel whenever you want. It's one click.
You're in, Pat.

Who it's for.
Shops whose customers need the same thing done every year or two, and who'd rather schedule that work than wait for a breakdown.
A good fit if
- You do repair and maintenance: HVAC, plumbing and water heaters, generators, well pumps and water treatment, electrical service.
- You run an auto shop with three or more bays and want a maintenance club for your regulars.
- You finish enough non-member jobs each month that an offer after each one adds up. We check this with your numbers in the audit.
- You have room in spring and fall for tune-up visits.
Probably not if
- Your jobs are one-and-done, like a new roof, a driveway or a fence. Old quotes turned into jobs or weather alerts fit better.
- Your software already runs memberships well. We look at it in the audit and connect to it or tell you to keep it.
- You're booked out for months. Members expect their visit on time.
Who it's built for.
- A plan you'll honor. What's included and the price. We bring a starting draft built from your numbers, and you decide.
- A Stripe account in your name. We help you open it if you don't have one. Card fees come out of your payments.
- A way to mark jobs done. A sync with your job software, or one short text from you or your tech.
- Open slots in the tune-up seasons. You set how many a week.
- A texting consent line. On your booking form, so customers can say yes to texts. We add it for you.
- The base underneath. Included in Revenue Engine and Full Bays, or added to Quote Closer Desk.
What a plan could add up to.
Put in your own numbers. The math counts plan payments only, minus what it costs you to serve each member. Repairs members call you for aren't counted.
How it works: each month, new members join from your finished jobs, and a steady share of existing members drop off at the yearly rate you set. Gross profit is plan payments minus your yearly cost to serve each member, counted by the month they're on the plan. A member only counts here if they signed up through one of our offers.
What it won't do.
So you know before the audit.
- It won't pick your price. We show you the math and a starting draft. What the plan includes and costs is your call, and you can change it later with notice to members.
- It can't promise sign-ups.Some shops will see a few a month, some more. The calculator is example math with your numbers.
- Tune-ups still need a tech.If spring is already full, we spread the booking links out so members don't all land in the same two weeks.
- No hidden renewals.Every member ticks a box, gets a yearly notice and can cancel in one click. Some will cancel. That's how a plan should work.
- No texts to people who didn't say yes.Customers who didn't opt in to texts get the offer, reminders and card notices by email.
- Card fees are yours.Stripe takes its fee from each payment, in your account. We never hold your money.
Where it comes included, and what pairs well.
- Revenue EngineIncludes thisThe top trades package. Members, past-customer comeback emails, weather alerts, every unit on file and a 7am owner brief, on top of everything in Quote Closer Desk.
- Full BaysIncludes this, for auto shopsA maintenance club for your regulars, slow days filled and fleet accounts, on top of everything in Declined Work Comes Back.
- Quote Closer DeskAdd it onQuote follow-up that answers customer questions from your fact sheet. Add members on top when you're ready for repeat work.
- Every unit on filePairs wellA photo of each data plate on file, so tune-ups know what they're walking into and old units get a replacement offer on time.
- Weather alerts to past customersPairs wellBefore a freeze, a heat wave, high wind or heavy rain, your past customers hear from you first.
- Slow days filledPairs wellWhen tomorrow looks light, customers who are due and said yes to texts get a short note with an open time.
- Yearly tests rebookedPairs wellBackflow and other yearly tests tracked by due date, with the booking link sent before the notice lands.
The terms, in plain words.
- 3 months, then month to month. No auto-renew term. After the first three months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
- You own your contacts and your number. If you leave, you get a contacts file and your number ported to you. Your members and your Stripe account were always yours. It's all written into the agreement.
- Live about a week after text approval.Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing. Once they do, we're usually live about a week later.
- Priced from your numbers after the free audit. We price it from your job count and what you already have, so the page reads Quote.
Fair questions.
Monthly or yearly billing?
Either. You choose. Monthly feels cheaper to the customer and spreads your income across the year. Yearly means fewer charges, so fewer card problems. We can set up both and let the customer pick.
Can my techs sign people up on the spot?
Yes. They send the sign-up link from their phone and the customer finishes it there, with the same terms and the same checkbox. No paper forms.
Can a member cancel without calling us?
Yes. One click from any plan email or the plan page. We build every plan that way, and you get a note when someone cancels.
Do you text my customers?
Only the ones who said yes to texts. Everyone else gets email. Texts go out during daytime hours only.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments go to a Stripe account in your name. We set it up and watch it for failed cards, but we never touch the money.
What if I already have a plan on paper?
Good. We move your current members onto the new sign-up page with the terms shown, and they confirm by ticking the box. No one gets moved to auto-renewal without saying yes.
What does it cost?
It's quoted because I put together the best setup for each business, based on its size and what it actually needs. I price it after the free audit, from your job count and what you already use. Website plans are separate and listed on the main site.
Have money coming in all winter.
