Maintenance club
Regulars pay monthly and keep coming back.
After a paid repair order, customers who aren't in the club get one offer to join. Dues bill to their card each month. Their services get booked when they're due, and an expired card gets a text to update it before the plan lapses.
The terms are on the page. What's included, the monthly price and how to cancel, before they join.
A box they tick themselves. Nobody gets signed up by default.
A notice before each yearly renewal. By email, with the date and the price.
Cancel online in one click. No phone call, no form to mail.
You set what's in the plan and what it costs. Money goes to your own payment account.

Fleet accounts
Fleet vans in your bays on weekdays.
Plumbers, landscapers, delivery outfits and property managers near you run vans that need service every quarter. We get your shop in front of them by email and make it easy to send you work.
Email only, from a separate address
Outreach goes out by email from a second domain we set up, so your main shop email stays clean. Every email has your address and an unsubscribe link. No cold texts and no calls.
Already on Tekmetric, Shopmonkey or Mitchell?
Keep it. Some of these already send texts that nobody switched on. On the audit we look at what yours does and set up only the gaps.
A short email to local fleets.
We build a list of businesses near you that run vehicles and send a plain email: who you are, how many bays, how fast you turn a van around. One follow-up, then we stop.
Subject: Service for your vans, 2 miles from your yard Hi Jordan, we're Cedar Ave Auto on SW Cedar. We service work vans and trucks, usually same day...
Your vendor packet goes out on its own.
When a fleet manager replies, they get your packet right away: insurance certificate, W-9, labor rate, hours and how to send a work order. You get a text that someone answered.
Sent: Vendor packet (COI, W-9, rates, hours) To: Jordan, Westside Plumbing fleet Your phone: "Fleet reply: Westside Plumbing, 6 vans."
Work orders come in one way.
The fleet uses one short form: unit number, mileage, what's wrong, PO number. It lands with your writer as a booking request, so nothing gets lost in a voicemail.
Work order: Van 14, 88,210 mi Brakes squealing, PO 5512 Requested: Thursday morning
One statement a month.
Every repair order for that fleet goes on a monthly statement by unit, with a link to pay. Reminders follow if it's late, the same polite ones every time.
Westside Plumbing, October Van 9, oil and filter. Van 14, front brakes. Van 21, battery. Pay link and PDF attached
Service due by unit.
We track mileage and dates per van and email the fleet manager what's coming due, so the next quarter's work books itself onto your quiet days.
Due in November: Van 9 (oil), Van 21 (tires) Reply with a day and we'll hold the bay.

Today is 87% booked. 7 of those came from yesterday's slow-day fill.

Put in your shop's numbers.
Three things this setup adds on top of declined work: club dues, light days filled and fleet work. Change any number and the example updates.
How we count it on your report. A slow-day repair order counts only if it booked from one of our fill texts or emails. Club numbers are active paying members. Fleet sales are what's on the monthly statements. Declined work that comes back is counted the same way as on Declined Work Comes Back.
The terms, in plain words.
Same terms on every setup. They go into the written agreement.
3 months, then month to month. No auto-renew term. After the first three months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
Setup fee half at signing, half at go-live.You pay the second half when the live test passes.
You leave with everything.Your number, contacts, consent records, reviews and domain go with you. We file the port-out the next business day and send your CSV within 5 days. No fee from us.
Live about a week after text approval.Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing. Once they do, we're usually live about a week later.
At least 10 local fleets reached in your first 60 days live, or your next month is free.Fleet outreach runs from week one, so it doesn't wait on a slow day. Slow-day fill and club signups show on the report too.
Price changes come with 60 days written notice. One flat number on one Stripe line. Usage is included up to the cap on your Service Order. If a price ever changes, you get 60 days in writing and you can leave on that date.
If you'd rather pay a year up front, it's 10 months' price.Your call, not a pitch. Ask for it and it goes on the Service Order.
Need it faster? Rush build is +50% on the setup.Same build, moved to the front of the line.
Texts only go to people who asked.Customers who called you, dropped off a car or opted in. Past customers get email unless they said texts are fine. No cold texting and no AI calls out.
Starts at the from-price on the card.Your exact number comes from the free audit. You'll know the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts.
The top step for auto repair.
Full Bays sits on top of the other two. If your numbers fit a smaller setup better, the audit will say so.
Past customers who said texts are fine, who are due for service and who haven't heard from you in the last 30 days. Everyone else who's due gets an email. Anyone can reply STOP, and texts go out only during daytime hours.
Will customers get sick of hearing from us?
We cap it. A customer gets at most one slow-day message a month, and none if they've been in recently or have a visit booked. The fill stops as soon as the board reaches the line you set.
How does the club handle renewals and cancels?
The terms are shown before signup and the customer ticks a box to agree. A renewal notice goes out by email before each yearly renewal, and every email has a link to cancel online in one click. You set what's in the plan and what it costs.
Do we have to chase fleets ourselves?
No. We send the emails, the packet goes out when someone replies, and you get a text with the name and how many vehicles. Your part is the work and, if you want, one call to say hi.
Does an AI answer our phones?
Only after hours, from Declined Work Comes Back. It sounds like a person on your team, and it's honest if someone asks, tells callers the call may be recorded or transcribed, and books a diagnostic. It never quotes a repair price.
Is the call grading included?
Yes, it's included in Full Bays. It only covers office lines a person answers, not the AI. Every caller hears a short recorded notice that the call may be recorded, which Washington and California require. We set that up with you before it's turned on, and the recordings and scores are yours.
What does it cost?
It's quoted because I put together the best setup for each business, based on its size and what it actually needs. I price it after the free audit, based on your bays, your repair orders and what your shop system already does. You'll see the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts. Website plans are on the main site.
How full is tomorrow's board?
Text Chase how many bays you run and how many repair orders a month. We'll run the free audit with you and tell you which setup fits, if any.
