We follow up on every quote you send and work through the ones from the last 12 months that never got an answer. Each conversation keeps going from a fact sheet you approve. It never makes up a price, and you get a text when someone's ready to book.
From $3,500 setup + $1,297/mo, exact quote on the call. After hours, your phone rings first. If you can't pick up, an AI answers, sounds natural and books the visit. The example call shows how that goes.

The tag on each card shows the channel. Old quotes go by email unless the customer said texts are fine. Texts only go to people who asked for the quote by text or opted in.
How we count a quote as won back: it sat 14 or more days with no answer, then came back after one of our follow-ups. Only those go on your monthly report.
What's in the desk.
Everything in Every Quote Chased, plus the parts that turn a quiet quote back into a conversation. We set it up and run it. You approve what goes out in your name.
Everything in Every Quote Chased.Follow-up on every quote at day 2, 7, 30 and 60, a text back on missed calls, fast replies to web leads, a review ask after every job, the monthly report and a short Friday text with the week's numbers. See that setup.
Their questions answered, so quotes keep moving. It answers questions from a fact sheet you approve: what you do, where you work, how you schedule. It never makes up a price. When someone sounds ready, it books the second visit and texts you right away.
One pass over last year's open quotes. We load the last 12 months of quotes that never got a yes or no, then work through them at about 50 a day. They go by email unless the customer opted in to texts.
Three options where you used to send one number. When price is the problem, the customer gets good, better and best, one add-on line, and your own lender link for monthly payments. You approve every set before it goes. We never show an APR.
Photos in, a price range out.A customer texts photos and we draft a range from your price book. You approve it before they see it. We switch this one on once the rest is running.
After-hours and overflow answering.Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up, the AI answers, sounds natural, tells callers the call may be recorded or transcribed, and books the visit or hands the call to you.
A reminder the night before, then an on-my-way text. The night before, the customer gets the arrival window and can reply to confirm or move it. On the day your tech taps On my way, and they get his name and about how many minutes out he is, worked out from the drive.
Drive time kept in the schedule.Visits get grouped by part of town and spaced for the drive. If a booking lands too far from the one before it, we catch it and offer the customer the nearest time that fits.
A job card on your tech's phone.Every booked visit sends the tech a text with the name, the address and a map link, what the customer said is wrong, their photos and any gate code. The night before, each tech gets tomorrow's cards.
A 30-minute call every month. We go through the report with you: what came back, what didn't, and what to change in the scripts.

Your numbers
What could the desk be worth to you?
Two parts: new quotes that close because someone kept asking, and old quotes from the one pass over last year. Change any number.
How we count a quote as won back: it sat 14 or more days with no answer, then came back after one of our follow-ups. Those are the only ones on your monthly report.
The old-quote pass happens once. After it, the monthly part is the new quotes, the after-hours calls and the tuning call. We don't count the one-time number as monthly.
Is your shop the right size for it?
The desk needs enough open quotes to work through. Below that, the smaller setup does most of the job.
It fits when
You send about 15 or more quotes a month that sit open, averaging $5,000 or more.
You do replacement or project work: roofs, HVAC systems, fences, paving, remodels, generators.
You can find your quotes from the last year, in any form: PDFs, email, a quoting tool or paper.
You're fine with your phone ringing first and the AI only picking up when you can't.
Start smaller when
You send fewer than 15 big quotes a month. Every Quote Chased covers the follow-up.
You want an AI to answer every call. We don't set it up that way. You get first ring.
You want texts sent to a bought list. We only text people who asked or opted in.
What you do each week
Send us your quotes.Forward or BCC each quote to one address, or text the customer's number and the amount to your own line.
Answer one text on Friday. It lists your open quotes. Reply with the ones that closed so the follow-ups stop.
Approve when we ask.Price ranges from photos and new option sets wait for your yes before a customer sees them.
Where it sits.
Three setups for trades that quote big jobs. Each one includes the one before it.
Same terms on every setup. They go into the written agreement.
3 months, then month to month. No auto-renew term. After the first three months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
Setup fee half at signing, half at go-live.You pay the second half when the live test passes.
You leave with everything.Your number, contacts, consent records, reviews and domain go with you. We file the port-out the next business day and send your CSV within 5 days. No fee from us.
Live about a week after text approval.Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing. Once they do, we're usually live about a week later.
At least 25 of your quotes chased, new or old, in your first 60 days live, or your next month is free.Open quotes you send plus the old ones we work through. A quote counts once its first follow-up goes out.
Price changes come with 60 days written notice. One flat number on one Stripe line. Usage is included up to the cap on your Service Order. If a price ever changes, you get 60 days in writing and you can leave on that date.
If you'd rather pay a year up front, it's 10 months' price.Your call, not a pitch. Ask for it and it goes on the Service Order.
Need it faster? Rush build is +50% on the setup.Same build, moved to the front of the line.
Texts only go to people who asked.Customers who asked for a quote or opted in. Old quotes and past customers get email unless they said texts are fine. No cold texting and no AI calls out.
Starts at the from-price on the card.Your exact number comes from the free audit. You'll know the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts.
Fair questions.
Ask us anything else by text.
Will the AI make up a price or a promise?
No. It answers from a fact sheet you approve: what you do, where you work, how you schedule. Price questions go to you. It only shares a range after you've approved that range.
Does it sound like a robot?
No. It sounds like someone answering for your shop. If a caller asks whether it's a real person, it tells the truth. Callers hear that the call may be recorded or transcribed.
Who gets contacted about old quotes?
People who asked you for a quote in the last 12 months. They get email unless they opted in to texts. We don't text bought lists and we don't make AI calls out.
My old quotes are on paper. Does that work?
It can. Someone has to type them in first. We look at what you have on the free audit and tell you what that takes before anything starts.
What happens to a call at 9pm?
Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up, the AI answers, takes the details and books a visit if your calendar has room. Anything urgent, like an active leak or no heat, gets flagged to your phone right away.
Which lender goes on the quotes?
Yours. Shops that already offer financing through a company like Wisetack or Hearth get their link on every option set. We never show an APR. No financing today? Then we leave it off.
How do I know it's working?
The monthly report lists every quote that came back after one of our follow-ups and what it was worth. A quote only counts if it sat 14 or more days with no answer first.
What does it cost?
It's quoted because I put together the best setup for each business, based on its size and what it actually needs. I price it after the free audit, from how many quotes you send, your average job and what you already pay for. You'll see the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts. Website plans are listed on the main site.
How many quotes went quiet last year?
Text Chase a rough count. We'll go through them with you on the free audit and tell you if the desk makes sense for your shop.
