A quote only counts as won back if it sat 14 or more days with no answer, then came back after one of our follow-ups. Quotes that answer sooner still get handled. They just don't go in the number.

Your part
Forward the quote. Answer one text a week.

Send us the quote.Forward or BCC it to one address, or text the customer's number and the amount to your own line. Paper quotes work too.
Answer the Friday text.It lists your open quotes. Reply with the numbers that closed and those follow-ups stop.

Add-on
Add-on
There's a bigger one: Everything Handled, from $25,000 + $10,000/mo. Your whole front office run for you, one client at a time.
3 months, then month to month. No auto-renew term. After the first three months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
Setup fee half at signing, half at go-live. You pay the second half when the live test passes.
You leave with everything. Your number, contacts, consent records, reviews and domain go with you. We file the port-out the next business day and send your CSV within 5 days. No fee from us.
Live about a week after text approval. Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing.
Every setup has a results promise on its card. Each one names a number it has to hit in your first 60 days live. Miss it and your next month is free.
Price changes come with 60 days written notice. One flat number on one Stripe line. Usage is included up to the cap on your Service Order. If a price ever changes, you get 60 days in writing and you can leave on that date.
Site and automation together. Get a site and an automation together and the site's monthly is free while the automation runs. If you ever cancel the automation, the site's regular monthly comes back.
Already on Jobber or Housecall Pro? We keep what they already do and fill the gaps around it.
Websites and automations are usually a deductible business expense. Check with your accountant.
Add-on for any trade
Steady work from property managers and GCs.
Commercial Accounts gets you on vendor lists and keeps you there. It goes on top of any of the three setups, or runs on its own.
If your jobs run $5,000 and up and you send 15 or more quotes a month, most shops start with Quote Closer Desk. Under that, Every Quote Chased. Revenue Engine only makes sense with a few hundred past customers and someone in the office. The audit tells you which one your numbers support, or that none of them do yet.
What counts as a job won back?
A quote that sat 14 or more days with no answer, then came back after one of our follow-ups. Quotes that answer sooner still get handled, they just don't go in the number we report to you.
We already use Jobber or Housecall Pro. Why add this?
Keep it. Those tools can send messages, but somebody has to set them up and keep them running. We do that part, run a real follow-up schedule on your open quotes, work through your old ones, and send you the monthly report. Anything your system already does well, we leave alone.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. Forward or BCC your quotes to one address, or text the customer's number and the amount to your own line. Once a week you get a text listing open quotes: reply with the ones that closed. That's the whole job on your end.
Will you text people who never asked?
No. Texts go to people who asked you for a quote or a booking, or who opted in. Old quotes and past customers get email unless they said texts are fine. We don't cold text and we don't make AI calls out.
Won't an AI on the phone sound robotic?
Your phone rings you first. The AI only picks up when you can't, like after hours or when you're up on a job. It sounds like a person on your team, and it's honest if someone asks, lets callers know the call may be recorded or transcribed, and either books the job or passes the call to you. It never makes up a price.
What does it cost?
Each package starts at the from-price on its card. Setup fees run from $1,500 to $7,500, and there's one above that, Everything Handled, for shops that want the whole front office handled. The software companies charge around $600 a month and hand you a login. Our entry package costs less and we do the work. Your exact number comes out of the free audit, from how many quotes you send, your average job and what you already pay for, because a 2-truck shop and a 10-truck shop don't need the same build. If you'd rather pay a year up front, it's 10 months' price. Need it faster? Rush build is +50% on the setup. You see the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts. Website plans are listed on the main site.
How many more jobs are we talking?
Depends on what's leaking. A shop sending 20 quotes a month and closing 5 usually has 2 or 3 more in there that only needed a follow-up. The audit puts a real number on yours before you pay anything.
Will my customers get annoyed by the texts?
No. They only hear from you about a quote they asked for or work you already did, in your words, and every message stops the second they reply. Most people answer the first one.
I'm already busy. Why would I want more?
Then it's the right kind of busy. The follow-up is the part you skip because you're busy, and that's the money sitting on the table. It runs without you, and you get a text a week.
Who's actually answering my phone?
Your line rings you first, same as now. Only the calls you can't take get a text back or an after-hours answer, and you see every one of them.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. It works with the site and the phone you have. If your site is the leak, the audit will say so, and that's a separate fix.
What does the first month look like?
Week one we set it up and you approve the wording. Day 7 it's live. Day 30 you get one page with what came back, in dollars.
How many quotes went out last month?
Text Chase the number. We'll run the free audit with you and tell you which setup your numbers support, if any. I build every system myself, so I take 4 new clients a month.
