- It doesn't replace your shop software.Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Tekmetric keep doing invoicing and dispatch. This is the view of the leads, calls, texts and follow-ups we run around them.
- It won't send anything you didn't already approve.The follow-ups and reminders are the package's job. The CRM shows them; it doesn't add new ones.
- Recordings need a notice.Calls are only recorded on lines where a short notice plays first. We set that up with you. Summaries work either way.
- The setup stays ours.You own your data and can export it any time. The build itself, the stages, the automations and the connections, is what the monthly pays for.

Can my office use it?
Yes. Your office person gets their own login and can look up any customer, read the thread and see the pipeline. If they mark a job done in your shop software, it shows up here too.
Is it mine if I leave?
Your contacts, message history, call logs, consent records and dashboard exports are yours, and you get them as files if you go. The setup itself, the stages, the automations and the connections we built, stays ours.
Do I have to learn a new system?
No. Your package runs whether you open the app or not. The app is there for when you want to look something up or watch the week happen.
Can I see which ad a call came from?
Yes, if we give each place its own number, which we do on setup: one for Google, one for your site, one for Facebook, one for signs. The call shows which one rang.
Why isn't this just included in every package?
Most owners want the one text a day and the monthly report, not another app. The ones who want to see it live add this. If you'd rather have it in from the start, say so on the audit.
