You probably have a year of quotes that never got a yes or a no. We sort that list, write one short email in your name and send it 50 a day. Replies come straight to you.
By email, unless the customer opted in to texts. Price: Quote.

Dana P.Email thread, old quote
The quotes didn't say no. Nobody asked again.
"No time to look back at every job I bid."
An owner on a public r/smallbusiness thread
"The gap between quoted and booked is bigger than missed calls."
Another r/smallbusiness thread
You drove out, measured, wrote it up and sent it. Then the week got busy, and the quote sat.
A quote that went quiet isn't a no. People put jobs off after a bad month, a move or a storm, and then forget who they talked to. When they come back to it, they call whoever reaches them first. This fix makes sure your name is the one in their inbox.
Try it
Send a wave to 150 sample old quotes.
Sort the list first, then send it a day at a time. Watch what gets taken out, who hears from you by email or text, and what comes back.

What happens, start to finish.
About two weeks from your list to the first count. You approve the list and the message before anything goes out.
You send us the last 12 months of quotes.
An export from whatever you quote in, or a spreadsheet. We need a name, an email or phone, the job, the amount and the date. If your quotes live on paper, see how we handle that below.
We take out everyone who shouldn't hear from you.
Jobs you already won, people who hired someone else, and anyone who asked not to be contacted come off the list. Then we split it: email for most people, and a text only for customers who opted in to texts on your quote form or texted you first. You check the list before anything goes.
One short email in your name, and one follow-up.
It asks if the job is still on their list and if they want a fresh look. It doesn't resend last year's price, since materials and schedules have moved. You read it, change what you want and approve it.
It goes out 50 a day, from your own address.
Weekdays, business hours, spaced out through the day. We set up your sending so it's less likely to land in spam. Any reply stops everything else to that person, and so does an unsubscribe.
Replies come straight to you.
You get an alert on your phone with the customer, the old job and what they said. You or your office book the visit. "We went with someone else" gets marked so they don't hear from you again.
You get the count.
A short report: how many were sent, how many replied, how many visits got booked. A quote counts as won back only if it sat 14 or more days with no answer, came back after our email, and then closed. We keep updating that number as jobs close.
What your old quotes could be worth.
This is a one-time wave, so this is a one-time number. Put in your own numbers.
Who it's for, and what we need from you.
A good fit
Trades that quote jobs over about $2,000: roofing, siding, HVAC replacement, fencing, paving, remodels.
You have a year of quotes nobody went back to.
You or someone in the office can call people back within a day when they reply.
Not a fit for bought lists or people who never asked you for a quote. We don't message them.
Who it's built for
Your list. Name, email or phone, job, amount and date for each quote. An export or a spreadsheet works.
Quotes on paper? Someone has to type them in first. We can do that for a one-time charge, quoted once we see the pile, or skip this fix and start with your new quotes.
Your email address to send from. We do the setup.
About 30 minutes to check the list and approve the message.
QuoteOne time, from the size of your list
Either one flat fee, or a smaller fee plus a set amount for each job it books. We quote both after the free audit, once we've seen your list. It's also included in Quote Closer Desk and Revenue Engine.
What it won't do.
Better you hear it now than in month two.
It's one pass, not every month. The wave works the quotes you already have. New quotes need their own follow-up, which is what Every Quote Chased does.
Some of them hired someone else. The email makes it easy to say so in one line. We mark it and they don't hear from you again.
Last year's price may be wrong now.We don't resend an old number. The email asks if they want a fresh look, and you price it the way you always do.
Some email lands in spam.Sending from your own address at 50 a day helps. Nothing gets that to zero.
Texts only go to people who opted in.Customers who opted in to texts on your quote form, or texted you first, can get a text. Everyone else gets email. No cold texting and no AI calls out.
We can't tell you how many will come back. The math above is an example with your numbers. The day 14 report shows what really happened.
Get it on its own, or inside a package.
Every Quote Chased keeps new quotes from going cold. This fix goes back for the old ones. Quote Closer Desk and Revenue Engine include it.
Only the ones who opted in to texts on your quote form or texted you first. Everyone else gets email. We don't text bought lists and we don't make AI calls out.
What does the email say?
That you quoted their job, asking if it's still on their list, and asking if they want a fresh look. It's short, in your name, and you approve it before it goes. There's one follow-up a few days later, and any reply stops both.
What if they already hired someone else?
They reply with one line, we mark it, and they don't hear from you again. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is taken off for good.
Will this hurt my email?
That's why it goes 50 a day from your own address, set up properly first. A few will still land in spam. We watch bounces and unsubscribes and slow down if they climb.
My quotes are on paper. Does that work?
It can. Someone has to type them in first. We look at what you have on the free audit and tell you what that takes, and you decide if it's worth it.
How do I know which jobs came from this?
Every reply is tagged to the old quote it answered. A quote counts as won back only if it sat 14 or more days with no answer, came back after our email, and then closed.
Can I run it again next year?
Yes. It's a one-time job each time. If you'd rather never have a pile like this again, Every Quote Chased follows up on new quotes as they go out.
How many old quotes are in your files?
Text Chase a rough count. We'll look at the list with you on the free audit and tell you if a wave is worth sending.
