Your wholefront office,run for you.
Phones answered around the clock. Every follow-up, reminder, booking and collection text sent. The schedule kept straight, the inbox cleared, hiring run, your listing and ads kept fresh. You get one text a day with the three things that need you, and a weekly call with me.
From $25,000 setup + $10,000/mo, exact number on the call. 12-month minimum. I take one of these at a time, so it starts with a conversation, not a form. Who it's built for
What we take off your plate.
The office work stops waiting on you. Your crew does the jobs, your office person works with us, and you see one text a day.
-
Everything in Revenue Engine or Full Bays
Every quote followed up, questions answered by text, after-hours calls booked, members billed monthly, past customers brought back, every unit on file, weather alerts, the call grader and the 7am brief. Trades get Revenue Engine, shops get Full Bays. Everything Handled sits on top.
-
Phones answered 24/7
No call hits voicemail, day or night.
In business hours, overflow calls your office can't pick up get answered and booked, and anything that needs a person is transferred live to your office. After hours and weekends, the AI answers, sounds natural, says the call may be recorded, books the job or takes the message. Every call is logged and summarized in your CRM, and you read what happened in ten seconds.
-
Follow-ups, run by us
Nothing waits on you anymore.
Leads get answered, quotes get chased, bookings get confirmed, and the reminders, review asks, re-books, win-backs, invoice reminders and collection texts go out on time. We draft, we send, we watch the replies. You see the ones that need a decision and nothing else.
-
Schedule kept current
The board stops living in your head.
Jobs get entered the day they're booked, confirmations go out, and a cancellation gets its slot filled the same day from the people who are waiting. Your techs get their day by text the night before.
-
Inbox and texts triaged every business day
One text a day instead of five inboxes.
Email, texts, Facebook messages and voicemails get read and sorted every business day. Routine ones get answered. You get one text in the afternoon with the three things that need you, and you answer it in a line.
-
Hiring run for you
You walk into interviews. We do the rest.
We write and post the job ads, text every applicant the same day, screen them by text with your must-haves, and book the interviews onto your calendar with reminders all the way to day one.
-
Listing, reviews, site and ads kept current
Your name stays fresh where people look.
Your Google listing, reviews, website and ad landing pages get updated as your work changes. Once a month we turn the photos and short clips your crew sends us into a batch of ad creative you approve by text.
-
Weekly call, Friday numbers, quarterly plan
Thirty minutes a week is the whole meeting load.
A 30-minute ops call every week, a Friday text with the week's numbers, and a quarterly sit-down on what to change for the next season.
-
A named line to Chase
You text me, I answer the same day.
Not a ticket queue. One number, and because I only run one of these at a time, you get a same-day turnaround on anything that comes up.
-
Your own CRM, included
See it live, any time, from your phone.
Your own login and phone app: every lead, call, text and quote in one place, the pipeline by job stage, who called and where they came from. It's the same system we run your office from, so you're looking at the real thing, not a report about it. More on Your own CRM

Owner dashboard and the monthly dollars report
You know what came back, in dollars, every month.
The dashboard shows calls answered, jobs booked, quotes won back, reviews in and cash collected. The monthly report adds up the dollars recovered or re-booked, counted the same strict way every time: a job only counts if it was sitting dead and came back after one of our touches.
It replaces an office hire and the software stack.
A good office manager costs a salary, benefits and the months it takes to find one. On top of that most shops of this size pay for five or six subscriptions and still do the follow-up by hand. Everything Handled is one monthly number, it works nights and weekends, and it doesn't quit.
- Office manager or dispatchersalary, benefits, hiring time
- After-hours answering serviceper-minute bills
- CRM, texting, review and scheduling softwarefive or six logins
- Someone to actually do the follow-upusually you, at night
- Everything Handledone setup, one monthly
And it's one of one. I build and run it myself, so I take one Everything Handled client at a time. If the seat is taken, I'll tell you and offer Revenue Engine or Full Bays until it opens.
Who it's built for.
This is for a shop that already has the volume and the office, and an owner who wants out of the office chair. If that's not you yet, one of the packages is the better buy.
Who it's built for
- 10 or more trucks, or 4 or more bays
- Someone already in the office, who'll work with us instead of alone
- An owner who wants the front office off their plate, not just a better tool for it
Your part
- One call with Chase before anything is quoted
- About two hours in week one to walk us through how your office runs
- A yes or no on the three things in your daily text
- The 30-minute call each week
Live by
- Live about 30 days after text approval
- Built in 30 days. There's no rush tier on this one, because it's built right the first time.
- Not there yet? Revenue Engine for trades, Full Bays for shops, or one fix at a time
Your first 30 days, then every week after.
Most of the work is ours. Tap through to see what you'd do and what we'd do.
A conversation first.
You: about an hour
- We talk through your trucks or bays, your office, your software and what you want off your plate
- I tell you straight whether this is the right buy or a package is
- If it fits and the seat is open, you get the exact setup fee and monthly in writing
We map how your office runs today.
You: about two hours, spread over the week
- We sit with your office person and write down every call type, booking rule and follow-up
- We register your business for texting. Carriers approve that first, and the 30-day clock starts when they do.
- Your customer list, open quotes, schedule and unpaid invoices get loaded
The package underneath goes live.
You: approve a few drafts by text
- Quote follow-up, missed-call text-back, review asks and the after-hours answering turn on
- Your CRM login and phone app are set up for you and your office
- Phones: overflow and after-hours answering go live with the recorded notice, live transfer tested with your office
The office hand-off.
You: start answering the daily text
- Schedule, inbox triage, invoice reminders and collections move to us
- Job ads go up if you're hiring, and applicants start getting texted the same day
- Your first 4:30 text goes out. Live around day 30.
First reports, first creative batch.
You: the weekly call, and a yes on the ad batch
- First monthly dollars report, counted the strict way
- Your Google listing, site and landing pages get their first refresh, and the first monthly ad batch goes out for your OK
- By day 90 the reports have to show at least $10,000 recovered or re-booked, or your next month is free
The rhythm.
You: 30 minutes a week, one text a day
- Monday to Friday: calls, follow-ups, schedule, inbox, hiring, all handled, one text to you at 4:30
- Friday: the week's numbers by text
- Weekly: the 30-minute ops call
- Quarterly: the plan for the next season
The terms, in plain words.
- 12-month minimum, then month to month.Handing over a whole front office takes a year to pay off properly. No auto-renew term. After the first twelve months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
- One client at a time.I build and run it myself. If the seat is taken, I'll say so and tell you when it opens.
- Setup fee half at signing, half at go-live.You pay the second half when the live test passes.
- You leave with everything.Your number, contacts, consent records, reviews and domain go with you. We file the port-out the next business day and send your CSV within 5 days. No fee from us.
- Live about 30 days after text approval.Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing. Once they do, the whole front office takes about 30 days to build and test.
- At least $10,000 recovered or re-booked in your first 90 days, or your next month is free.Counted the strict way: a job only counts if it was sitting dead and came back after one of our touches. If the first 90 days' reports don't show $10,000, month four is free.
- Price changes come with 60 days written notice. One flat number on one Stripe line. Usage is included up to the cap on your Service Order. If a price ever changes, you get 60 days in writing and you can leave on that date.
- Built in 30 days. No rush tier. There's no +50% option on this one. It takes 30 days to do right, and it's done right.
- Starts at the from-price on the card.Your exact number comes from the call. You'll know the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts.

Fair questions.
Why so much?
Because it replaces an office hire plus the software stack, and because it's one of one. An office manager costs a salary and benefits, and takes months to find and train. Add the answering service, the CRM, the texting and review tools, and someone to actually do the follow-up. This is all of that, running nights and weekends, for one monthly number. And since I only run one of these at a time, you're getting me, not a queue.
Is it really one at a time?
Yes. The daily triage, the weekly call and the same-day line are things I do myself. I can do them well for one shop. If the seat's taken when you call, I'll say so and point you at Revenue Engine or Full Bays until it opens.
What happens to my office person?
They keep their job, and it gets better. They take the live transfers, handle the walk-ins and the parts runs, and stop doing the follow-up at 9pm. We work with them, not around them. If you don't have anyone in the office yet, this isn't the right buy; start with a package.
Do you record calls?
The after-hours and overflow AI says the call may be recorded at the start. The call grader on your office lines plays a short recorded notice to every caller, which Washington and California require. We set all of it up with you before it's turned on, and the recordings and summaries are yours.
What counts as "recovered" for the $10,000 promise?
A quote, declined repair or lapsed customer that was sitting with no answer and came back after one of our follow-ups, then closed. Overdue invoices that got paid after our reminder count too. New walk-in work doesn't. Every counted item is listed in the monthly report, with the math there to check.
Why a 12-month minimum?
Because we're taking over how your office runs, not adding a tool. The first month is build, the next two are hand-off and tuning, and the payoff shows up over the year. A shorter term would mean doing the hard part and leaving before it pays.
What if Chase is sick or on a plane?
The system doesn't depend on me being awake. Phones, follow-ups, reminders and the schedule run on their own. The parts I do by hand, the daily triage and your text, have a written backup process so they still go out. The weekly call moves if it has to.
We already use Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Tekmetric.
Fine. We work inside what you have where it makes sense and connect the rest. We tell you before you sign which pieces connect on their own and which take one tap from your office.
Want the office off your plate?
Text Chase how many trucks or bays you run and who's in the office now. We'll set up the call, and I'll tell you straight if this is the right buy or if a package is.
