Every quote you send gets a polite follow-up at day 2, 7, 30 and 60, and it stops the moment the customer answers. Missed calls get a text back. We set it up and run it. You keep quoting.
From $1,500 setup + $497/mo, exact quote on the call. Need a website too? See the website plans.

Running. Next up: day 7.
Built for shops that quote big jobs and lose track of them.
One to five trucks, jobs over about $2,000, and a phone that rings while you're on a roof or under a house. If you're busy on word of mouth already, this mostly gives you time back: the follow-up you mean to do gets done without you.

A good fit if
You send quotes most weeks and some just go quiet.
You know you should follow up and it rarely happens past the first call.
You miss calls during the workday and call back hours later.
You don't want to learn another app.
Probably not yet if
You send a few small quotes a month. The audit will tell you if the numbers work.
Someone in your office already calls back every open quote on a schedule.
What's inside
Six things running for you, plus the setup we handle.
Each one in plain words: what it does and what your customer sees.
Follow-up on every quote
Day 2, 7, 30 and 60
After a quote goes out, your customer hears from you four times over two months. The first note, on day 2, asks if they have questions. A week in, it asks one thing: was it the price or the timing? At a month it checks in with the folks who were shopping around, and at two months it closes the quote out politely.
It stops on any reply, when you mark the job won or lost, or if they text STOP. Texts go to customers who asked you for the quote and gave a cell number. Anyone else gets the same notes by email. We write the messages with you so they sound like you, and you approve them before anything goes live.
Missed calls get a text back
While you're on the job
When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text from your business number within a minute: what's the job, what's the address, and when's a good time to call. You get their answers on your phone, so the callback is a quick one.

Web and Facebook leads answered
In about a minute
Someone fills out the form on your site or a Facebook lead form, and a reply goes out by text and email right away. It confirms you got it and asks the one or two things you always need to know. It stops as soon as they answer, and you take it from there.
A review ask after every job
Ask first, then the link
When a job's done, the customer gets a short "How did we do?" text. If they say good, the Google review link goes out right away. If not, we ask what went wrong and send it straight to you so you can make it right. After the fix, or a few days later, they get the same review link as everyone else. Nobody is left without the link and nobody gets a reward for a review.
If a review of three stars or less lands, you get an alert right away. Whether to call them or reply is up to you.
A monthly report in dollars
Running total since day one
Once a month you get one page: calls caught, quotes followed up, replies, reviews, and the dollars that came back. A quote only counts as won back if it sat 14 or more days with no answer and came back after one of our follow-ups. The report keeps a running total since you started, so a slow month doesn't hide what's been won.
A short text every Friday
Your week in five lines
Friday afternoon you get one text with the week. Calls caught, quotes chased, replies, jobs won back and what they were worth. Under it your open quotes come as a numbered list, and you reply with the numbers that closed. Ten seconds to read, a few numbers to answer.
The setup, done for you
So texting is allowed and it works
Phone carriers make businesses register before they can send texts. We file that registration, add a short consent line to your site's quote form, walk you through forwarding missed calls to your new line (about five minutes on your phone), and check every month that forwarding still works.
How one quote moves through it.
Tap through a single quote from the day it goes out to the end of the month.
You send the quote like you always do.
Then forward or BCC that email to the address we give you, or text the customer's number and the amount to your own line. That puts the quote on the list. Nothing else changes about how you quote.
What you textQ 503-555-0142 8400 cedar fence
A short check-in.
Two days later the customer gets a friendly note from your number asking if they have questions. It lands while they still remember you and the quote is fresh.
Example textHi Jen, it's Sam at Oak Hollow Fence. Any questions on the cedar fence quote? I can walk the line with you again this week.
The one question that gets answers.
Day 7 asks if it was the price or the timing. It's easy to answer, and either answer tells you what to do next: adjust the scope, hold the price, or book later.
Example textQuick one so we don't bug you: was it the price or the timing? Either answer helps.
For the folks who were shopping around.
A month out, plenty of customers are still deciding, or the other bid fell through. Day 30 reminds them you're still around and ready.
Example textHi Tom, Sam at Oak Hollow again. If you still want the gate and 60 feet done, we can hold the price through the month.
A polite last note, then it stops.
Day 60 closes the quote out on your end and leaves the door open. After that, no more messages go out on that quote.
Example textHi Priya, last note from us on the fence quote. We'll close it out on our end. If plans change, just reply here.
Any reply stops the follow-ups.
Yes, no, a question, or STOP: the schedule ends on that quote and you get a text with what they said. Calling back the same hour is the part that's still yours.
Alert on your phoneJen replied on the cedar fence: price. Follow-ups stopped.
One text a week to keep the list honest.
Every Friday you get your open quotes as a numbered list. Reply with the ones that closed, like "1 3". Those are marked won and their follow-ups stop. No app to open.
The report lands.
Calls caught, quotes followed up, replies, reviews, and the dollars that came back, with a running total since you started. We go over it with you if you want.
Times follow quiet hours: no texts early in the morning or late at night, and never more than a couple on the same day.
Nothing to learn
Your quotes get in without you opening an app.
A follow-up list only works if it stays current, and nobody wants one more app to keep current. This one runs on two habits you already have: sending email and sending texts.
Forward or BCC the quote.Add the address we give you to the BCC line when you email a quote, or forward it after. The customer, the amount and the date get picked up from it.
Or text it in.Paper quotes or quotes on the tailgate: text the customer's number, the amount and a word or two to your own line. Q 503-555-0142 8400 cedar fence

What a few more yeses are worth to you.
Change the numbers to match your shop. The result is shown as gross profit, what's left after materials and labor, because that's the money you actually keep.
How we count a quote as won back: it sat 14 or more days with no answer, then came back after one of our follow-ups. Quotes that would have closed anyway in the first couple of weeks don't go on the report as ours.
What this leaves out: missed calls caught and reviews earned. Those show up on the monthly report as counts. We don't put a dollar figure on them here.
What we do and what you do.
Most of the list is ours. Yours is short on purpose.
We do
Setup in the first week, then the running of it every month.
Write the messages with you in your words, and get your OK once, before launch.
Register your texting with the carriers and add the consent line to your quote form.
Set up your business line and walk you through forwarding missed calls to it.
Hook up your site and Facebook forms so new leads get an answer in about a minute.
Watch it every month: forwarding still working, texts still delivering, nothing stuck.
Send the monthly report and change the messages when something isn't landing.
You do
About five minutes a week once it's running.
Forward or text in each quote you send.
Reply to the Friday text with the ones that closed.
Call back when a customer answers. That part stays yours.
Who it's built for.
1 to 5 trucks quoting jobs over about $2,000.Smaller jobs work too, but the numbers get thin. The audit shows whether yours hold up.
A cell phone that can forward calls.Any carrier works. You keep your number on your trucks and cards.
Your business name, address and tax ID or DBA.Carriers ask for these to approve business texting. We fill out the form.
Access to your website's quote form.Or your web person's contact. We add one line asking customers if texts are OK.
Your Google review link. We'll find it with you if you don't know it.

Built for: 10+ trucks or 4+ bays with someone already in the office. By conversation, not a form.
Our promise: if the first 90 days don't show at least $10,000 recovered, your next month is free.
From $25,000+ $10,000/mo, exact number on the call
When to move up to Quote Closer Desk: you're sending about 15 or more quotes a month at $5,000 or more, you have a year of old quotes nobody went back to, or after-hours calls are going to voicemail. Your monthly report will show it before we bring it up.
Moving up keeps everything already running. Nothing gets rebuilt.
Fixes that pair well with it.
Single pieces you can add on top when a specific problem shows up. Each is quoted on its own.
3 months, then month to month. No auto-renew term. After the first three months, cancel by text and it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
Setup fee half at signing, half at go-live.You pay the second half when the live test passes.
You leave with everything.Your number, contacts, consent records, reviews and domain go with you. We file the port-out the next business day and send your CSV within 5 days. No fee from us.
Live about a week after text approval.Phone carriers approve business texting first, and they set that timing. Once they do, we're usually live about a week later.
At least 10 of your quotes followed up in your first 60 days live, or your next month is free.A quote counts once its first follow-up goes out. The monthly report shows the count.
Price changes come with 60 days written notice. One flat number on one Stripe line. Usage is included up to the cap on your Service Order. If a price ever changes, you get 60 days in writing and you can leave on that date.
If you'd rather pay a year up front, it's 10 months' price.Your call, not a pitch. Ask for it and it goes on the Service Order.
Need it faster? Rush build is +50% on the setup.Same build, moved to the front of the line.
Texts only go to people who asked.Customers who asked for a quote or opted in. Old quotes and past customers get email unless they said texts are fine. No cold texting and no AI calls out.
Starts at the from-price on the card.Your exact number comes from the free audit. You'll know the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts.
Fair questions.
Ask us anything else by text.
Won't four messages annoy my customers?
They're spread over two months, they're short, and the schedule ends the moment someone answers. A customer who says no, or texts STOP, never hears from it again. We also keep texts out of early mornings and late nights.
What if they say yes on the phone and I forget to tell it?
That's what the Friday text is for. Reply with the number of that quote and its follow-ups stop. If one slips through, the customer gets a friendly check-in, not a sales pitch, and you can text us to fix it.
Can I change what the messages say?
Yes. We draft them with you before launch, in your words, and you approve the set once. After that they run without asking you. Text us any time you want a change.
We already use Jobber or Housecall Pro. Why add this?
Keep it. Those tools can send messages, but somebody has to set them up and keep them running. We run a real follow-up schedule on your open quotes and send you the report. Anything your system already does well, we leave alone.
Is there an AI in this one?
No. Every message in this setup is one you approved ahead of time. The AI follow-up and after-hours answering are part of Quote Closer Desk.
What about the quotes I sent last year?
This setup works on new quotes from the day it starts. Old quotes are a one-time pass, by email unless the customer opted in to texts. It's included in Quote Closer Desk or you can add old quotes turned into jobs on its own.
How fast can it start?
Email follow-up and the forms can run in the first week. Texting starts once the carriers approve it, and we're usually live about a week after that approval.
What does it cost?
It's quoted because I put together the best setup for each business, based on its size and what it actually needs. I price it after the free audit, from how many quotes you send and your average job. You'll see the setup fee and the monthly before anything starts. Website plans are listed on the main site.
How many quotes went quiet this month?
Text Chase the number. We'll run the free audit with you and tell you if Every Quote Chased pays for itself on your numbers.
