A quote with one number leaves the customer two answers: yes or no. We set your quotes up to go out as three options, one add-on line and a link to your own lender. You set every price.
The problem in plain words. Our wording, not a client quote.
"We need to think about the money."
Where big jobs stall. Secondary source: pipelineon.com, a financing blog.
You priced the job you'd do. They're holding it up against the cheapest bid, or against doing nothing this year.
With one number, the only thing left to talk about is the number. Three options give them a cheaper way in, the job you'd recommend, and a bigger one if they want it. A lender link gives the "we need to think about the money" customer something to check tonight, before they go quiet.
Try it
Build a three-option quote.
Pick a sample job and split the one number into three. Turn on the add-on line and the lender link, then tap through the quote the way your customer would.
1. Pick a sample job
2. How the quote goes out
3. Extras on the quote
Split it into three options first. That's when the extras turn on.

What you'd see on your phone
What we set up, start to finish.
You give us your prices and a few recent quotes. We build the templates and you approve each one before a customer sees it.
You send us your price list and ten recent quotes.
Whatever you price from today: a spreadsheet, a price book, or your last few quotes. We look for the jobs you quote most and what changes between a cheaper and a better version of each.
We write three options for each job type.
Each option changes what's included, not only the price: material, warranty, extras, cleanup. The middle one is the job you'd recommend. You check every line and every number before it goes live.
One add-on line under the options.
A gate, a thermostat, gutter guards. Something small that most customers would want and you'd happily do. They tick it or they don't.
Your lender's link, if you have one.
If you already offer financing through a lender like Wisetack or Hearth, we put your link on the quote. The customer checks their options on the lender's page. The lender decides who qualifies and on what terms. We don't arrange loans and the quote never shows a rate.
The quote goes out the way you send quotes now.
You fill in the job, pick the template and send it. The customer gets a link by text or email, since they asked you for the quote. If you also have Every Quote Chased, the follow-ups run on it as usual.
They pick one and accept it online.
Your phone gets an alert with the option they chose, the add-on and the total. Follow-ups stop. If they don't pick, you can see whether they opened it and call them.
What options could be worth to you.
Put in your own numbers. Start with a small change in your close rate and see what it does to gross profit.
Who it's for, and what we need from you.
A good fit
Trades that quote jobs over about $2,000 with a real cheaper and better version: fencing, roofing, siding, HVAC replacement, paving, decks, remodels.
You hear "we need to think about it" more than you hear a flat no.
You already offer financing, or want to sign up with a lender yourself.
Not a fit for small service calls or repair work priced by the hour. One number is fine there.
Who it's built for
Your prices. A price list, a price book, or ten recent quotes we can work from.
About an hour to check the three options and the add-on for each job type.
A lender account, if you want the link. You sign up with the lender. We add your link to the quote.
Quotes sent from one place. We set that up if you write quotes by hand or in a document now.
Better you hear it now than after the first month.
We don't lend money.Financing comes from your lender, on their terms. They decide who qualifies. We only put your link on the quote.
No rates or monthly payments on the quote.A payment amount depends on a rate, and that's the lender's to show. The customer sees it on the lender's page.
Some people still pick the cheapest one. That's a job you would have lost with one number. Make sure your cheapest option is still a job you want.
It won't fix a price that's off.If your prices are well above the market, three options make that easier to see. You set every number.
It needs your prices up front. If every job is priced from scratch, we start with the two or three job types you quote most.
We can't tell you your new close rate. The math above is an example with your numbers. After a few months you'll see your own count of accepted quotes and which option they picked.
Get it on its own, or inside a package.
Every Quote Chased makes sure every quote gets followed up. This fix changes what the quote says. Quote Closer Desk and Revenue Engine include it.
No. A monthly payment depends on a rate, and only the lender can quote that. The quote has a link to your lender's page, and the customer sees their own options there.
Do I need a lender to use this?
No. The three options and the add-on line work without one. If you want the link later, you sign up with a lender and we add it.
Which lender should I use?
The one you already use, if you have one. Wisetack and Hearth are two that many trades use. We don't pick one for you and we aren't paid by any lender.
Won't three prices confuse people?
Each option says plainly what's in it, so the difference is easy to see. The middle one is marked as the one you'd pick. Three is the limit.
Can I change the options on a job?
Yes. The templates are a starting point. You can change any line or price before you send, or send one number when a job only has one right answer.
Does this work on my old quotes too?
Yes. When an old quote comes back to life, you can re-send it as three options. Old quotes turned into jobs is the fix that goes back for them, by email unless the customer opted in to texts.
How do I know if it's working?
You'll see how many quotes were accepted, which option people picked, and how often the add-on got ticked. Compare that to the months before.
How many quotes go out as one number?
Text Chase the jobs you quote most. On the free audit we'll tell you which ones split well into three options, and which don't.
