Who we are
LC Integrations is a business run by Chase Lord in Tigard, Oregon. When this page says "we" or "us," it means LC Integrations and Chase.
Mail: PO Box 230893, Tigard, OR 97281. Text or call: (971) 249-2395. Email: [email protected].
This policy covers our own websites (including chaselord.pages.dev/automations and chaselord.pages.dev/chaselord), our forms, our calls and texts, and our email. Websites we build for clients are covered by that business's own privacy policy.
What we collect
What you type into a form
Your name, business name, phone number, email and state. If you use the audit calculator, the numbers you enter go with the form: open quotes a month, average job size, gross margin and the extra share of quotes you think follow-up could close. We also note which page and which ad or link you came from.
Public business info
If you run a trade or auto shop, we may have your business name, phone, email, website and review count from your Google Maps listing or your own website, plus a quick check of how your site works on a phone. We use it to reach out about your business. We don't buy contact lists.
Your consent record
If you tick the box agreeing to calls and texts, we save proof of it: the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on, and your browser type. If you agree by text or email instead, we save the message we sent and your reply. We keep this record so we can show you asked, and so we never contact someone who didn't.
Your phone line
When you give consent, we may look up whether your number is a mobile, landline or internet number and which carrier it's on. That helps us follow the calling rules for each line type.
Calls
Calls with our AI assistant are recorded and transcribed. We keep the transcript, a short summary, your answers to the audit questions, how the call ended, and whether you asked us to stop. Calls with Chase may also be recorded and transcribed for his notes. He tells you first.
Texts and email
The messages you send us and the ones we send you, plus your opt-out status.
Payments
If you become a client, you pay through Stripe. Stripe handles your card. We see the last four digits, the card brand and your billing details, never the full card number.
Basic site data
- Your IP address, held for 60 seconds to stop form spam.
- The link tag you arrived with (for example an ad), kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
- If you scan a QR code on one of our postcards: the time, your browser type and an approximate city.
- Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- If we turn on the Meta Pixel for our Facebook and Instagram ads, Meta can see that you visited and whether you sent a form, and may set cookies to measure the ads. We'll list it here when it's on.
We don't ask for and don't want your Social Security number, driver's license or bank login. Please don't send them.
Why we use it
- Reaching out: sending a business one intro email or text about our services, using its public listing.
- Your audit: calling or texting you about the audit you asked for, answering questions and setting up a time to talk.
- Doing the work: quotes, agreements, invoices, and the work itself if you hire us.
- Proof and stop requests: keeping the record that you agreed to calls and texts, and honoring every stop.
- Quality: reading our AI assistant's calls for mistakes so it gets better.
- Ads: seeing which ads and pages bring in requests, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
- Legal reasons: following the law, settling a dispute, or stopping fraud and abuse.
We don't use your info for anything you'd be surprised by. If we ever want to, we'll ask first.
Calls, AI voice and recording
After you ask for a call, the first call usually comes from our AI assistant, Sam. Sam is an AI voice, not a person. It works from the numbers you typed in, asks a few questions about your business and can book a time with Chase.
- We only make AI calls to people who said yes by ticking the consent box or replying YES in writing. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
- Every call starts with our business name and a note that the call may be recorded or transcribed.
- Sam never claims to be human. Ask and it will tell you it's an AI assistant.
- To stop calls, say "stop" (or "nine") during a call, reply STOP to a text, or email us. We put your number on our do-not-call list right away.
- We call between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your time, no more than 3 tries in total and no more than 2 a day.
- We don't place AI calls or send marketing texts to Washington or California numbers. If you're there, Chase will reach out by hand.
The AI voice runs on ElevenLabs, which uses a Google language model to understand and reply, and the call connects through Twilio. These companies process the call audio to make the call work. Our own systems keep the transcript and summary, not the audio. Our providers may keep recordings for a limited time under their own settings and policies.
Text messages
If you agree to texts from LC Integrations, here's how it works. The full program terms are in our Terms.
- What we send: texts about your audit request, setting up and confirming a call, follow-ups about our services, and replies to your messages.
- Message frequency varies. No more than 3 marketing texts in 24 hours, and only between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your time.
- Msg and data rates may apply under your phone plan.
- Reply STOP to stop. STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE and OPT OUT all work. We send one text to confirm, then nothing more.
- Intro texts to businesses: Chase may send one text from his own phone to a business number listed publicly, after checking it against the National Do Not Call Registry. It says who he is and how to stop. Reply STOP (or no, or wrong number) and that number never gets another text from us.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (971) 249-2395 or [email protected].
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
We will not share, sell, rent or transfer your mobile number, your text opt-in or your consent records to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data is shared only with the service providers listed below that run our calls, texts and records for us (never Meta), and only to do that work.
If you're a client's customer
When we run automations for a client business (for example, missed-call texts or quote follow-ups for a welding or auto repair shop), we handle their customers' info on that business's behalf and under its instructions. That business decides what's sent, and its own privacy policy applies. We don't use their customers' info for our own marketing, ever. Questions about those messages go to that business first. We'll help them answer.
How long we keep it
- Consent recordsAt least 5 years after our last contact with you, so we can prove you agreed.
- Stop requestsFor as long as we make calls or send texts, and never less than 5 years, so we never contact you again by mistake. Federal rules require a stop request to be honored for 5 years.
- Lead info, notes, call transcripts and summariesUp to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
- Client records and invoicesFor the length of the agreement, then as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Form requests waiting on our web serverRemoved once our customer records pick them up.
- Postcard QR scans60 days.
- Your IP address for spam control60 seconds.
Your choices and rights
- Stop calls or texts any time: say stop on a call, reply STOP to a text, or tell us by email or text.
- See what we have about you and get a copy.
- Fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete your info. We'll keep only your phone number and stop request, so we don't contact you again, plus anything the law makes us keep.
- Opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. We don't sell, and you can block the Meta Pixel with your browser's privacy settings.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request," or text (971) 249-2395. We may ask you to confirm it's you, usually by replying from the same phone or email. We'll answer within 45 days. If we say no, we'll say why, and you can reply to ask us to look again.
Oregon and other state laws
Oregon's Consumer Privacy Act applies to businesses that handle the personal data of 100,000 or more Oregon residents a year, or 25,000 or more while making a quarter of their revenue from selling data. We're well under both, and the law doesn't cover people acting for their business. We still give everyone the rights listed above, the same way that law describes.
California. Our site doesn't change how it works when your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track you across other sites, and you can block the Meta Pixel in your browser settings. The rights above are open to you no matter where you live.
Washington and California numbers. We don't place AI calls or send marketing texts to them.
Security
Access to our systems is limited to Chase and the tools he runs, the keys our systems use stay out of our website code, and we collect as little as the job needs. No system is perfect. If a breach puts your info at risk, we'll tell you and anyone else the law requires, as fast as we can.
Kids
Our services are for business owners. We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 18. If you think a child sent us their info, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your info, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll ask before using info we already have in a new way.
